Week 10 - Ummmph

Week 10
 
The results from week 10 were a little on the umph side. I lost just about 0.70 lbs of fat. Better than gaining, but not within my plan.
 
Today I started the 28 Day Fitness Habit Challenge. I think the timing of this challenge is perfect; just as my momentum has waned.
 
Week 11, I accept your Challenge!!
