Weight loss progress update


Holiday Party - Almost Good

I did pretty well last night at a holiday party.  I controlled portions and are slow. 

I did splurge a little at the end but am looking forward.

How many tomorrow's does it take before you realize you are running out of them?

I don't want to wait until it's too late. It is today that I commit to a new healthy lifestyle. 

My goal is to set an example for men and woman over 50 that you can make lifestyle changes - it is never too late.
