If you've seen the movie 'Shallow Hal' then you can probably recall the scene where he picks up Rosemary's lingerie and holds it at arms length - I kind of had a moment like that when I saw my business suit on a chair. It was like dam I'm big.
Starting over is tough - one minute at a time, one step, one meal.
