June 6, 2013 marks the beginning of the 2013 BFFM Summer Challenge. To me this challenge is a great motivator. I do not enter to win the contest, rather I enter to get met moving and change my behavior.
I am not happy with how I feel and look. My energy level is low and I am having difficulty sleeping. This is not good and I know I need to change behavior to change my lifestyle.
I started a pre-challenge to get myself in the zone before the challenge.
