Goals for this week

This week:

I will walk a minimum of 10,000 steps
I will eat a maximum of 1950 calories
I will burn a minimum of 7,500 calories
I will eat healthy clean foods
I will drink a minimum of 64 oz of water
I will significantly reduce serving sizes.
I will go to the gym five days (ramping up)
I will sleep 8 hours each nite.

Hawaii 2015 - Motivation

Planning a trip to Hawaii for May 2015.

The goal is to be healthy and fit for the trip.

This goal is very doable. At a slow and steady pace, I can lose 70 lbs ( less than 2 lbs per week)

That said I need to change behaviors  to achieve goals.

For life

Okay.  How long does it take to change your life forever.  When does it stick? I think I know the answer - as long as it takes - a year, a lifetime. 

Take 100.  Time to get this scene right. 

I love how I blog to this virtual world where you never know if someone is on the other end. 

I suppose it's good to journal thoughts.  Have a great July 7th.  We can do this and we will.

Picking up momentum

Started in May, but didn't really kick in until June 1.

Today I was craving a cheat breakfast, but ended up having oatmeal and fruit - next time I will add protein.

Beginning is always tough. Once I see results a get very motivated.
