Week 11 Day 6



Work has consumed me and has impacted my cardio resistance plan. However, my nutrition plan is in tact and I am looking at a solid week.

I will continue to work on reducing fat intake and increasing protein.

On a side note, I am feeling pretty good. My mind is clear and my energy level is up. I am looking forward to increasing my activity level - adding swimming and running to my routine. 

I expect a plateau in the next few weeks and have strategies to overcome it.
