Positive Health and Fitness Behaviors.


I'm working on a new behavior of daily cardio and/or resistance training - regardless of work constraints - there are 24 hours in a day - and there is no excuse for not taking time to move.
I have a limiting belief that I need to go to the gym to workout, or that it has to be a full hour. 
My new behavior is to take a minimum of 30 minutes - use a home exercise app and just move..
