Changing Behavior/Habits Takes Practice

" When I identified something in my behavior that I felt was holding me back or producing undesirable results, I would realize that I had already fulfilled the awareness part of the equation. I would then objectively decide where I wanted to end up and what motions were going to get me there. Next, I would work at that process without emotion, knowing that so many intentional repetitions over a short amount of time were going to create the behavior I was after."  Thomas Stemer, The Practicing Mind.

Eating healthy requires a change in habits and behavior.  It my not be easy, but once repeated over and over my behavior will change.

Still in pursuit of the FitterZone.

Hawaii 2015 - Motivation

Planning a trip to Hawaii for May 2015.

The goal is to be healthy and fit for the trip.

This goal is very doable. At a slow and steady pace, I can lose 70 lbs ( less than 2 lbs per week)

That said I need to change behaviors  to achieve goals.
