I turned fifty-four on Saturday and thought it a great idea to be fit at fifty and begin the second half of my life fitter than the first half.
Daily Goal:
- 10,000 Steps
- Healthy foods in healthy portions:
- Minimal Lean Meats
- Chicken
- Fish
- Oatmeal
- Nuts (small portions)
- Fruits and Vegitibles
- Resistance Training
- Increase Water Intake
- Introduce meditation - 15 minutes per day initially
